All online & telephone orders received before 1pm will be despatched the same working day (Monday - Friday) for delivery the next working day (Monday - Friday) anytime between 9am - 6pm.
Should a Bank or Public/Local holiday fall on the Monday, then despatch will be the Tuesday to arrive Wednesday of the same week.

We despatch balloons / fruit baskets Monday to Thursday only. All orders received after 1pm on a Thursday will be depatched Monday of the following week to arrive Tuesday.
