Is it safe to pay online by debit/credit card?

Yes, it is safe to pay online. We use Worldpay as our payment service provider.

Payment information given by you is encrypted through a secure link with Worldpay. Before you give payment information, check 'https' is showing at the start of your address bar and the locked padlock is at the bottom of your screen.

Snugglecubs Limited T/A Whimsical (www.whimsical-gifts.co.uk and www.whimsical-balloons.co.uk) does not receive your debit/credit card details.

When ordering, you must use the same address, including postcode and telephone number as held on file by your debit/credit card Provider. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will be processed on authorisation of your debit/credit card.

How long does delivery take?

All orders received before 1.00pm will be despatched by www.whimsical-gifts.co.uk / www.whimsical-balloons.co.uk the same working day for next working day delivery.

What will happen if no one is available to sign for delivery?

Your order requires a signature. If no one is at the address to accept delivery when an attempt is made, then Royal Mail or CPA Nationwide will leave a 'card' with clear instructions on what to do next.

Are gifts packaged as seen?

Due to demand we may have to substitute a gift item for an item of no lesser value, within a gift box, gift hamper or gift tray. We ensure your gift is of the highest standard and expertly coordinated and packaged as seen. However, we do reserve the right to substitute should stock replenishing be outwith our control.
