Making A Purchase
Making and paying for your order could not be easier. Just browse our store sections, and add any item(s) you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and proceed as directed. When prompted by Worldpay to enter payment details, all information given including debit/credit card number, name, address & telephone number is encrypted to ensure security online. To check page security look out for either: 1. https within your address bar and 2. a small locked padlock at the bottom of your screen. You must use the same address, including postcode and telephone number as held on file by your debit/credit card provider. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Delivery Options will appear when going through our secure checkout. Delivery £4.95 for UK mainland addresses. All online & telephone orders received before 1pm will be despatched the same working day (Monday - Friday) for delivery the next working day (Monday - Friday) anytime between 9am - 6pm. Should a Bank or Public/Local holiday fall on the Monday, then despatch will be the Tuesday to arrive Wednesday of the same week. Delivery Schedule
Whimsical's shop working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm and Saturday 9.00am - 5pm, closed bank & public/local holidays. Your order Despatch Date will be notified via email together with your order tracking number. All orders received before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed that same day and despatched. Some exceptions apply, please read shipping & handling. Delivery will be anytime between 9am and 6pm. A signature will be required on delivery. NO delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Unless Saturday delivery and additional cost has been requested. |

Remittance Terms
By placing an order and ticking the acceptance box during the order process: 1. you accept our terms and conditions, 2. you authorise payment to be taken for the order. Payment will be debited from your credit/debit card as the order is processed. For your security and peace of mind, Whimsical uses either Worldpay or the PayPal secure payment system. This means that your credit card details are stored safely at both Worldpay & PayPal. All credit card transactions are checked prior to orders being sent out. Please make sure that the details you give us are correct. We accept no responsibility for any order delayed as a result of incorrect payment details being given. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail from either Worldpay or PayPal. If no email confirmation is received then the order may not have been processed correctly.
